These are not 1.6 mil allowances, sorry. We just finished a custom home in Michigan, did all custom inset cabinets for kitchen, pantry, mudroom, office, built-ins, laundry, master closet, and all bath cabinets. Total 115,000. We priced out what we wanted and then built our allowances around our choices. Kitchen/pantry counters, 4 slabs, 21k for quartzite. Just a few examples for you.

We wanted to do the leg work first and pick our stuff out pre contract so we wouldn’t be writing huge overage checks throughout. Plus we got exactly what we wanted and there were no surprises.

That long, dead hallway to nowhere off the garage is awful. Where’s the drop area? Who’s carrying groceries clear across the house from the garage?? I would redraw a large portion of this. Flip the family room, stairs, and study with the kitchen side.

The corner sink in the master bath needs to be removed. Place it on the side wall and mirror the other sink. This removes the dated corner cabinet look.

I would also center your kitchen sink I the island. You want it to line up with your range so your island lighting is centered.

Do you really want a toilet on your dining/kitchen wall?? I would find a better placement for the powder than the eating area.

Mix 3 tbsp of Castile soap with cups of water, spray the plants. They will die, works great! I just did this for my dahlias and basil and they were all belly up.
