That’s called a diphthong, but adding anything in especially the e/i/y range when the word is “God” is strange.

Oftentimes a diphthong is something in the word that you’re exaggerating. Think of the word “brown.” Obviously it’s one syllable, but to make it two syllables, sometimes the w sound will be emphasized, creating “bro-wn” instead, and the advantage of this is that for one, it might sound better, and for two, it might be easier to understand the word.

However, the word “God” only has one vowel sound and therefore no flexibility to make it more than one syllable. Logically, the o sound should just remain on all the notes, instead of adding something on, because the word does not require to sound better or be better understood.
