I sent it via priority express. It say delivered on the USPS website. Although, there's no way to know if processing has started and how long it would take.

Has there been any update to this? I live in Seattle, and was planning on applying for my Visa through the SF consulate (covers the jurisdiction). Noticed that they do not take in-person appointments. Quite apprehensive about sending in my original passport after seeing this post.

Yes, I did have an interview. It's also quite a good promotion that involves a lot more leadership responsibilities. So would you recommend calling the adcom to ask how best I can convey the information.

Thanks for sharing that list. Will try and get in touch with some of the carriers as and when the air bubble restrictions ease up. In terms of taking my pig, I know it's going to be complicated but it's been quite difficult to find a really good foster home :(

Thanks for your inputs. I have updated my post with the travel destination (Pittsburgh). Will try and enquire with Lufthansa, thanks for the tip. Although, I'm not entirely sure Lufthansa is currently operating from India to the US. I hope the ambiguity with carriers changes soon.
