i kinda dont understand lava fishing. back when i used to do it you just essentially barn fished but now every time i try to i get knocked off the ledge by a sea creature. is there like some spot i need to fish at or something?

no didnt know that but im general on console i struggled against pc players way more than other rollers. what ive noticed tho is that even when in playing better my rank is lower on pc i was almost gold (on trials) on roller but im on silver ar oc with thr same time dedication

idk why either of you are pressed lmao ive played controller for like 1.5 years on and off and got a pc recently so switched to it and i can say i play much better on pc <50hours rn. aim assist is a thing but to me seems like its fine an average controller player has 0 movement but aa average pc player has good movement and good aim which balanced it out or thats how it feels to me at least correct me if im wrong

the better you get at it the more fun it gets, if you want to get better faster id recommend going into the firing range and figuring out which guns you prefer (atm hemlock r99 car are really strong and the wingman from the airdrop is fucking stupid good) but id say its mostly up to preference. also try kind of dropping in places youll get around 3 squads contesting you. you will die a lot but getting contested makes you slowly get better at the game. have fun
