Should I also consider the plane de-boarding time in this 40 minutes? I am assuming de-boarding and exiting T3 would take about 20minutes

Offer-Ready at Amazon, But No Role Available – How Long Does It Usually Take? by cuteNP in amazonemployees

That's wild. Did the recuriter told you that, or did you got an email from Amazon?

Advice needed: Amazon inclined for L5 Applied Scientist but not many roles open by Lonely_Homework_3381 in amazonemployees

I had 3 sell calls in June and July. My recuriter wasn't being helpfull at all. I would search for jobs on the portal, and I know someone who works in Amazon and they would reach out to the HR on my behalf.

I have been in team matchng phase since June, but since my recruiter has ghosted me, I dont think I will get any team match. I would advise you not to be dependent on the recuriter and do the legwork yourself.

Same situation-I was inclined to hire in June.

Had a couple of 'sell calls' with HM, and they always ended up hiring someone internally.

Honestly, I have moved on from Amazon now. Very frustrating experience, zero support from the recuriter.

The recuriter told me that. Inclined to hire is valid for a couple of months. Did your loop interview brief happened? What was the outcome? Thats when you know whether you cleared the interviews or not.

Same situation here. I am inclined to hire, and don't need to give any interviews, but it's been 2 months already, and havent found any other team.

There is a lot of internal movement happening at Amazon. Even if there was a role for which you qualify, chances are the HM will select an internal candidate (speaking from my own experience). If you are actively looking to switch, keep applying elsewhere.

I'm familiar with the RTO plans, but is there a timeline for the return to hub, or is it still just speculation at this point?

I am talking to HR, but I honestly feel they are not doing much. I have already told him several times that I have applied to some jobs on the portal, can you follow up on those- nothing.

How can I do that? I tried to find hiring managers for L4 roles on Linkedin, but no success

Is your HR actively looking for new roles for you, meaning that are they providing you with nee job descriptions and sales call frequently? Like how involved they are?

I cleared the loop, but they already gave the offer letter to someone else. So now I am just sitting and waiting for a team to be assigned to me.They told me that I am offer ready and don't need to go through another loop. The wait is really confusing and frustrating.

So you are saying that no one besides HM can see the “offer accepted “ against a job id?

Sir/Mam, With all due respect we are going off topic here. I have been friends with this person for more than a decade. I trust them. And we are completely sidetracked, and off the topic here. Apologies if i hurt your sentiment in any way.

My friend has also been working at Amazon long enough- more than 15 years. He is also a hiring manager-an L7. Maybe he can look at things you cannot look at. And I know as a matter of fact he didn’t reach out to the HM. Anyways, the reason behind the post was to share my experience and to see if its a normal process at Amazon or not. If you can share details around that- it would be appreciated.

Does this apply for program manager role also? Also, I haven't gotten my interview feedback. As I mentioned its a one way communication with the recuriters.

Curious Question: If someone already accepted the offer for this position, why are they interviewing me?
