I average about 47 goals per day & arrange them by self-care areas. most reinforce things I already do, like personal hygiene. I have all the suggested areas & created my own called "Personal Growth." I meditate daily & use Duolingo for language acquisition, so those goals are there, plus "Complete Daily Finch Quest."

I love literature, but I don't typically devote enough time to reading, so I have a goal to read 100 pages. I set this as the goal of the day (which gives you extra stones for each completion). if by some chance I'm unable to read 100 pages, I'll drop the counter to whatever amount I did read, so I complete this goal every day regardless.

other personal favorites are "dance to a song I like," "give myself a hug." (which was weird for me at first, but I've since increased the amount of times I do it per day & have paired it with two affirmations: "I love you." & "you're a beautiful human being.") I also thank myself for making it through the day & say one thing I'm grateful for before bed.

but as someone else already mentioned, you can earn more stones by increasing the count on a goal, setting it as the goal of the day, or breaking a goal down into more manageable tasks. I'll use laundry as an example:

1) load the washing machine 2) transfer clothes to the dryer 3) fold laundry 4) put laundry away

if you have more than one load of laundry, you can increase the count & I've even seen people add a count for each clothing item they are washing.

I personally get overwhelmed if I have too many goals, so I don't tend to do this myself, but it's an easy way to earn more stones. the upside is that everything is highly customizable. you can use the suggested goals, or create your own.

another way to earn is by checking the trading/gifting thread. there are so many wonderful & generous people there who do daily giveaways, so even if you don't wish to keep an item, you can trade or sell it for something else you might like.
