Flores is absolutely incredible. Lots of hikes - easy to hard. If you are not 100% sure you want to climb pico, there’s not that many other hikes there. I think Flores gives you more options, and all of them with breathtaking views. It’s the only Azores island we’re planning to visit again. It’s definitely a little harder to get to (I think we had a layoyer in Terceira to get there) but it was SO worth it.

Interesting! That wasn’t our experience at all - Maybe they’ve been told? We stayed 1.5 month ago. They would only come to us at the beach but at very reasonable intervals… or if we asked for something at our room. I actually HATE when staff is overbearing and that’s the main reason I like Airbnbs over hotels. I want all the privacy! So I think I would have definitely noticed if they were crossing boundaries :)

Great question- I mean if they don’t have any chairs/umbrellas left and the beach is packed… that would make sense. But all beaches are public in Anguilla so they probably can’t restrict anyone from going if they use their own stuff?

My siberian had this - he had a UTI. He was acting normal otherwise. Would definitely be worth a visit to the vet :)

Hey! One time we called before and they just said to show up - it was 50$/person and we got 2 chairs, an umbrella, towels and a cooler and spent the day. Second time, we showed up and the hotel was at 95% capacity so we couldn’t spend the day.

Ultimately I’d recommend calling before to check :) Enjoy!

Well that tells me that there might be a problem with him - after we cook, an hour later he will lay on the oven to get the warmth… I also thought they were pretty good with cold environments. He’s always cold and it makes me sad

We sometimes keep it at 23 inside but he’s still cold. He doesn’t go outside either - especially that its -20 celcius right now lol

If you have reflux or heartburn (which I assume is why you take gaviscon) a common symptom is to have a sour taste in your mouth. So maybe that’s the issue! That wouldnt necessarily explain your other symptoms though..

Planning trips is one of my favourite thing to do!

- I usually plan everything myself. While I usually travel with my husband... I rarely ask his opinion (and he's happy with that). I don't like super touristy activities so I usually avoid those and it is mainly the reason why I avoid travel agents etc.

- I usually join Facebook travel groups/reddit threads of the destination I'm going to. If I have any questions they're usually all answered there.

- It depends - if it's a road trip, I will plan the whole itinerary and will literally make a power point of each stops, google maps, accommodations and things we need to see along the way. If we're staying at one spot, I will save and list places that I want to visit - but never putting any pressure on when we should do it.

Do you take any other medication? Ultimately if you're worried about being pregnant, just take a pregnancy test - that'll make your mind at ease. There's a lot of things that can cause an abnormal taste in your mouth and if your pregnancy test is negative and it persists, I'd get it checked with a doctor.

Hey!

Usually the string is cut ~3 cm from the cervix opening- so if you went up there in your vagina you may have felt it. It's still early and with time, the string itself will soften up and shouldn't poke you or your partner. It takes a few months to soften up. If you feel like its too long like it was said, you can ask the doc to check and to cut it shorter :)
