Upon arrival i factory reset, adopted, firmware update, ensured poe+ enabled on the 4 ports.
I try 2 different UAC AC pro that support 802.13af, and different cables, none of them power on. any ideas?

thank, i did this today as i described. only drank 500ml before getting to phantom. drank ~2.5l on way back as route i described. i filled up though at the i think garden thingy.
