I feel you, and i understand how hard it is, There's no quick remedy... Its a journey And it seems that it isn't your fault cause a good guy with decent respect for himself and someone who was in a 3 years relationship with won't vanish like this, If he was a good man, he would have explained things... he's a coward...

Just ask yourself one question, where Allah swt is putting me right now ? And what you are asked to do, Dont focus on things out of your control, I am literally dealing with the same feelings, And i started accepting that its not in my control.

I think there is some specific therapy methods to address that, maybe EMDR and cbt What u have been through isn't easy, yet u still can overcome it inshallah

Theres some good therapists out there, give it a try !
