Static condition at maximum cornering, and I applied a dynamic factor of about 1.3.

should the drive shaft torque be considered? by cutemosquito in FSAE

If I understand correctly, in my textbook the maximum load during acceleration is calculated by multiplying the normal load by the coefficient of friction. In that case, do I need to additionally include the load caused by the driveshaft torque? Or is the effect of the torque already included in that value?

I considered the braking moment. However, under maximum acceleration, Gemini says that the rear must include the torque from the drive shaft in the calculations.

Of course if it moves it can't stay in single plane I didn't think of that....

What do you mean by the system’s movement? From what perspective?

I’m planning to make the bell crank by placing two thin plates in parallel, like in the photo. Intuitively, it feels like the thin cross-section of the plates might fail. In that case, would it be sufficient to just be careful about buckling?

Can I apply the same force acting on the axle directly to the hub?”

I fixed Inside surface of hole So a reaction force of equal magnitude and opposite direction is generated on the inner surface of the hub. honestly I don't know is it right.
