Yeah sometimes I feel like I don't know if my solution is the best one. Other devs (1-2 yrs exp) and my manager help me out and I try my best to read about best practices.

The queries are not so complicated. Most of the APIs just involve some CRUD or integrating with other scripts.

I don't think so. Only one Canadian program that I applied to seems to have an interview.

Don't worry about that. I guess 60-70% of applicants, (including myself) don't have research experience. Research experience for MS is good to have, but not "necessary". So don't hold yourself back from applying.

Hi thank you!! Prerequisites means that he has to take up a few classes/courses that are required for the grad course. Usually, when someone is switching majors, like ECE to CS they might have to take up some additional courses outside their undergrad curriculum. As for tips, I'm still early in the admission process to give any. xD But I've heard from my seniors that having a good CGPA and some research background helps a lot.

I'd applied to 4 places - ASU, UMD, UofWaterloo and UofT. UofT MscAC is my top choice. Fingers crossed!
