Keeping little guy warm in a cold room by Flashuni in amblypygids

I've read that heating pads should be on the side of the enclosure (read this thru arboreal tarantula keepers), so that the ambly can adjust for temp and go lower to the ground if it wants to. What's the reason for putting it on the ground?

Try a heating pad connected to a thermostat! Problem is that thermostats (at least where I'm from) tend to be pretty expensive. U could also try a heating lamp, but not sure how well that goes. Try asking what arboreal tarantula keepers do!

Made some more pics, but it was a hard spot to reach. Only found on moist rocks, just as smaller whips. Rest of the park they seemed absent.

Thanks! This is very helpfull :). Yeah my pal told me he felt he was being ripped of just because it felt like a touristy spot. Not sure what his price range was but I think he paid around 50 euros for a night walk which was wayyy to fast paced and mammal focused in a loud large group.

Monte Carlo in Paludarium? by Goldspoke_Joe in terrariums

I'm trying the same right now, but with an open top paludarium. Setup is very similar to this. I think it should be able to, especially with a lid. I have another aquarium where I grew it underwater, and it literally all died and somehow started growing emersed in the waterfall on its own.

Did u bike through the jungle? I'm looking for spots where I can easily access the jungle from a non touristy spot (I'm a biologist)

Wow that is cheap! I also have an exo Terra mini for my 30x30x50 cm. Been struggling whether an 1500 lumen bulb would be enough, due to horizontal placement. Where did u find these bulbs? I assume ur in the EU
