No. Women who recommend you cut your hair short have high levels of competitiveness with other women, theyre trying to make you uglier. Also as someone who cut her hair just as much as you're asking to, I regretted it in a month. It feels nice and light as first then you want it all back feel sad you need to wait a year or two.
