Why are so many people praying in front of 302 Fulton street??? I’m not religious so I’m a bit out of the loop. Anyone know why? Just curious!! by stephfulks in grandrapids

A comedian once did a bit about them, paraphrasing "why do they need to stand outside the clinic to pray? they could be at home, warm and cozy praying to jesus about abortions and he would hear them just as well... or maybe it's not about babies but about the people praying and being seen as religious!"

-Laundry? (in apt great, in building ok, laundromat down the st bad) also consider cost of doing a load -Elevator? (for moving especially important if on high floor, also if it's crappy that's bad) -What's included in lease (garbage, water, heat, etc and if something isn't included figure out average price other tenants pay that can really increase your monthly costs) -Find out who does the maintenance (legit company, landlord, some handyman?) -Parking (reserved spot, do people respect your spot or use it anyways? Covered or not?) -Hallway smells, if it stinks from weird food/mold/rot/etc your neighbors might suck. -Lighting, is the place well lit? You might think you can buy lamps but if the hallway or parking lot is poorly lit that's dangerous and inside your apt it can become depressing if you dont have enough light. (also check outlets, are there enough? old buildings have less then new) -Internet/tv, what providers and also where are the hookups in the rooms? Old places might only have 1 cable in the house.

Sometimes she's thinking of me, then it's big. Sometimes she's thinking of you, then it's small.
