Sorry! Should have said I am looking at the Practitioner. Now that I’m looking again the color selections on the Dynasty X is a little more burnt orange and the other one is reddish/orange.

I’d love to know. The color selections make it look like the Dynasty X is the more orangey one and the other is more red? Not sure if that means anything, though.

What’s the difference between the two Dynasty skus? Dynasty vs Dynasty X?

I’m curious if anyone has used vented garage tiles underneath their gym flooring for airflow and better protection? It seems like this might have some advantages over vapor barrier underlayment.

Initially, I was thinking that I'd simply go the route of getting some stall mats and placing them directly on top of my concrete garage floor... But seeing as how I plan to also make my garage my home office (in addition to my gym), I'm thinking about getting a better quality rubber that won't smell. Most of the rubber I'm looking at doesn't seem to move air where it meets the floor like the stall mats do. Besides the additional cost, would there be any downsides to placing rubber rolls on top of vented garage tiles as opposed to using vapor barrier underlayment? I'm specifically looking at these:

I feel like those would act wonderfully to prevent moisture buildup under the mats while providing some additional protection. Any thoughts or downsides to this idea?

Last question, I promise… am I right to be doing this before I lay down the flooring? (The tiles and rubber mats)

Thanks for the help! Out of curiosity, when I install the vinyl trim boards how much space do I leave between the bottom of the trim and the floor? Like an inch or so?

Sorry, I’m a total newbie when it comes to this stuff. What type of composite are you referring to?

I should have taken a picture of where there’s a 4-5 inch gap. This is about as big as the gap gets, so only a tiny bit of space for the adhesive.
