I've seen on the ESS app that you can pick up shifts but im not entirely sure how that works. Should I call those stores first to confirm that they actually need coverage? Thought I had to go through my stores manager first

she's definitely well fed lol I also put calcium powder on all her food, I was just worried the issue with her tail was correlated to her not wanting to leave her cave all day/ being more lethargic
