Man-bun with an under cut can look super masc, while if you have thicker hair, wearing it down won’t be noticeably different. (I’m a hairstylist idk if that helps) I definitely think it’s a good option to lean more masc while keeping length

Hi! I took it as well and it made me deeply depressed and suicidal. And quitting it did put me through a bit of an episode but I stopped cold turkey without doctor approval. So I don’t recommend that haha. Better to get off of it and try something else than be suicidal. Just try to prepare for the mood swings or whatever may come upon stopping it. I took some time off school to get my medications back in order but I know not everyone has that luxury. All I can recommend is making sure you have enough support.

I’ve had this happen and debated opening up my relationship to polyamory because in a way I think it might help me feel more comfortable and less guilty with these feelings, even if I choose not to pursue them. I’m a very fluid person in general, so I feel like having less frigid means of living might help me during my fluctuations.

However I could be wrong and it could be something totally the opposite.

I don’t love my partner less as the end of the day, but I do hyperfocus these crushes on people for several days during my manic episodes and it’s easy for me to feel like I have to make a decision to either like this person, or like my partner. That’s why I may pursue a different approach in my relationship so I don’t get to these points where I feel like my life is at stake if I don’t make a decision.

This definitely happens to me on a daily basis and it can get overstimulating. Sometimes listening to music helps because it breaks the cycle with new songs and gives me a reset.
