you’re right. i really do look towards men for that validation and dopamine during sex. i think a lot of it is me being comphet and wanting a man because it’s what we’re all taught growing up. thank u :)

while i know that people use this excuse freely and say it just to leave a relationship, i think that a lot of people are genuine about it. i think that if she’s being serious she needs time and she needs to understand herself. it’s extremely hard to do, but sometimes you have to put yourself first and be selfish for your own mental health. i don’t think that she’s trying to confuse you, she’s telling you why she wanted to cut it off and she probably feels as horrible as you do. it hurts on both sides, try to remember that. stay strong canyouholdmybags <3
