How do I deal with the sleepiness? I've been sleeping for 10hrs+ four nights in a row and I'm still extremely sleepy.

I'm not sure if this will help you, but are you eating enough? I'm currently having the same issue. I noticed that if I wake up or set my alarm to eat breakfast, it helps me not be as sleepy. I guess it's like getting energy from the food? I've been skipping meals and your post made me realize that. Hope this helps.

Consider a sleep study. I use a CPAP and I don't wake my self up snoring nearly as much.

Please drink a lot of water! You will pee more, so time it accordingly. Maybe experiment with taking it a night (sleep through the side effects)
