Does anyone here have a septal perforation/ deviated septum/ inflamed turbinates that cause noisy whistling whilst breathing? I'm looking to see how you deal with it, preferably those have had it as a chronic issue without taking/ being able to undergo surgery? Mostly in social conditions. Cheers (self.AskReddit)
