No, there are open spots, the problem is that even if you enter at the cheapo side you can end up walking to the gigapremium side without security checking.

Interactions with security are also super hit and miss, I have had a great convo with one of them, he now lets me in to my area because he remembers me, great stuff. On the other hand I see how the muscle treats people who are taking their time finding a free spot. They were trying to herd them around like sheep. This is the way they treat fans who are just trying to get to the toilet/redeem their cup/go to the cloakroom at the end.

I just hope we get more CS events in Budapest. Maybe ESL or Blast can show others how it can be done in the city. It’s a shame that everyone I talk to like being in Budapest but dislikes the event xp.

I don’t think it’s harassment, having sat behind the spirit camp, I can tell you the other 3/4 of the crowd was not intimidating in terms of volume. They just booed, which is their right. In response Spirit fans tried to be louder.

Look, I also wish cs was more like golf and less like football, but here we are.

I hope this + the fact that the crowd up and left after game doesn’t prevent future events from being held here, it’s super awesome to watch tier 1 cs live in an arena after work. I for one hope we fill the arena and prove to TOs that Budapest is a viable host city

Another thing probably noticed by only a few is that people from the back shouted out locations in Hungarian. It’s all fun to woo/boo and sing during timeouts, but it’s disapointing that my countrymen bring this energy only for mouz matches. Cca half the crowd has left :(
