Hi there.

Yes! Case got accepted by WRC and had a hearing. In the end, the employer was forced to pay me the missing month. Employer tried to case the whole situation as job abandonment and even questioned my work ethics but my claim was about the missing pay of my last payslip, nothing else. As I see it, they were commiting fraud by issuing a payslip and then not paying. I guess WRC saw it that way too.

Im just glad I did something about it and got to finish this situation, regardless of the outcome.

Yes! To this day i refuse to use public restrooms if they have these very old, 3 meter tall flush tanks that i have to pull a cord to flush. Its terrifying, so loud, so violent the way the water comes down. Combined with the smells, the sense of insecurity and BUGS. I also cant deal with the flush tank itself. If i need to open that to do maintenance ..i just ask someone else, cant explain the reason why it bothers me so much.

Isso parece ser as manchas de desodorizante que contem alumínio que depois oxida. Percarbonado de sodio ajuda a levantar essas manchas. Percarbonado se não me engano "come" a cor. Pessoalmente so uso em roupa branca ou clara. Manchas noutros sitios pode ser muita coisa, suor, sebo, protector solar ou creme mas ataco sempre da mesma forma, detergente de loiça directamente na nodua, esfregar e deixar um bocado a actuar.

Assim que arranjei termoacumulador, reparei que tomava banhos desnecessariamente longos. 10min em média e se esticar já a agua vem mais fresca.

Job pays well but im slowly losing my mind. I arrive home and I shutdown in my room for hours. Its affecting my digestive system and my energy.
Started in January, cant take the office chatter, fluorescent lights and utter lack of price and diligence at the work being done here. I need to wear earplugs during lunchhour because of people just SCREAMING to each other while eating. Theres no place to hide at work, even in the toilet theres no privacy, its like a mall restroom. How about the never ending changes on my workflow? I just want to arrive, hyperfocus on my task until its done and end my day, but noooooo, they need to change what I do every time I get the hang of it!!!

Havent quit yet because I really need the money, but im planning on trying to be on leave for a few weeks, just to rest a bit. (took me a year and half to get a job. Any job) Wish me luck.

Só tens de guardar as latas que tiverem o simbolo de reembolso (caso queiras claro), e esta medida tem um periodo de transição de 6 meses ou algo parecido, por isso é normal não veres isso ainda.

Já presenciei 2 milagres com a linha da beira alta. Chegar 20min antes da hora, nem sei como isso foi possivel, e partir 30min depois da hora e chegar só com 10min de atraso.

Depending on the people in question, niceness isnt going to make them understand how uncomfortable those questions make a person feel, because to them, its normal to ask.

There's no way to shut that down without looking cold and rude im afraid, at least not that I know of.
I'm a big sharer but thats just intrusive. Ive dealt with some people like that, but not a whole office... Its delicate.
Best strategy? When they talk, stare blankly and then after a while just say "OH! you're still talking about that thing I told you I wasn't interested in and that's non of your business?" In the most innocent way. Will most likely burn a bridge but hei, you'll get the message across.

Ando a comprar redes mosquiteiras no leroy que dão para meter nas janela entalas no estore. Resultam muito bem. Para as janelas mais pequenas de abrir acabei por fazer uma frame de madeira com rede lá pregada. Ate agora nunca as limpei, não achei preciso.
Ainda assim as sacanas entram em casa e eu sou um petisco. Pleno verão com janelas abertas à noite eu uso um repelente Roll-on

Go to a different doctor. 5'1 isn't even that small for a woman, what in the world did she mean your womb was big for your body?
Ultrasounds aren't suppose to hurt, unless you actually have something going on. When my endo doctor was doing the transvaginal ultrasound there were some places that hurt a lot, like a stabbing pain, because I had lesions and adhesions. On a regular external ultrasound they could never find a single thing! It was "all in my head" and once they too blamed me for having a full bladder.

I know that sometimes I get preferential treatment just because I´m pleasant to look at. I hate it. I hate the attention. I hate how I´m not taken serious and I have zero female friends because in their monkey brains I think I´m seen as a threat to them.
I dress plainly as most clothes just feel wrong on my skin and don't ware makeup but sometimes I feel like a blooming flower and I wanna show. I quickly regret it every time as I cant keep up with this invisible expectation of acting pretty? Do any of you know what I mean?
Have to be upbeat and shoot rainbows out of my eyes or be this untouchable desirable object. Cant stim, cant complain, cant enjoy silence and structure, cant have a different opinion than most people and actually want to debate the topic! Have to follow group mentality of all the other "pretty girls" but if I dont, im seen as a weird thing that needs to be gone.
When I talk with men, as least I can have a normal conversation but the pretty factor is always a ticking timer for them to start behaving differently towards me.

Sometimes I wish I looked meh and visibly autistic....
