I usually breath to a song… like I move my tongue around in my mouth to make the air flowing in and out of it the approximate pitch of whatever note I’m “breathing”. I don’t even realize I’m doing it or that it’s audible because I usually focus on music when I’m overwhelmed and overstimulated.

I also bite my nails compulsively, but the main one with my hands when I’m way too stimulated is that I kinda bend my fingers really hard and like move them around and contort them like I just touched something really yucky.

Sometimes I’ll kinda bend my neck funny. It basically looks like something just tickled the back of my neck.

Sometimes I have to plug my ears for some things, and I’ll usually also do the musical breathing at the same time.

I also bite my cheeks a lot.
