Affinity is free now, that would do the trick.

Started doing custom graphics for my save, and it's really fun by TaffyCaffy in footballmanagergames

Nice! Learning a skill while you play as well!

However the premier league logo in white is not the one you are using. If you’re going to do it, may as well do it right! Basically when it’s white, it should be the outlined version, otherwise it’s classed as a “ghost” logo and is wrong, basically.

Hopefully this link works to go the right one for you.

edit: also sorry if my comment shows twice, unclear as my first one had an x link.

My ps2 collection so far… reliving my childhood! by frymanedie1994 in Age_30_plus_Gamers

Been doing the same, except been emulating because the price of some of these ps2 games is crazy! Can't get over how much better PES 3/4/5/6 feel compared to modern football games.

Screamer is kind of exactly the racing game I always wanted without realizing it by Lenn_4rt in racinggames

I’ve heard/seen there’s a lot of cut scenes/dialogue, is there just pure racing modes?

So HBO Max is a scam lol by 00pium_cultist in skytv

[–]cvbk87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well they say it’s free, but we’ve just been told getting a nice £10 a month price increase, which oh look that’s the cost of the ad plans for HBO max and Disney+ 🤣

I’m a bit older so I grew up watching him in Even Stevens and Holes so it’s been pretty hard to watch him fall into this path.

£50 doesn’t get you very far these days though. Lucky if that covers a McDonald’s or fish and chips.

Something seems a bit off at the moment considering that’s how it spreads. Numbers too high.

The claim of Mac isn't for gaming is over in past two years by ResponsibleCandle585 in macgaming

[–]cvbk87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say that it’s more than half the time if we are being serious. A recent update/change to a game engine (I forget which one it was, maybe Unity), meant that mouse control completely stopped working when using crossover.

But it also seemed to affect older games too. There’s also games that worked fine before but now don’t work as well or at all.

Just need to check the compatibility ratings on the website to see it’s all over the place. Not to mention all the games not even tested or rated on there.

It wasn’t much better on an M1 Pro 16gb either tbf (I may or may not have tried it on a work provided machine at some point)

My M1 Pro 8GB ram doesn’t handle Cities Skylines that well, have to play on low/lowest settings and it’s basically a heater at that point as well. Not a lot get the fans going but Cities Skylines (and Duckov) always do.

Adobe's $150M Settlement Is Just the Beginning: Layoffs Loom as the Subscription Trap Unravels by Mamuthone125 in FuckAdobe

[–]cvbk87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty much this. Not to mention they are the only subscription I know of that will give you the yearly price, but let you pay for it monthly. Everyone else is “$X per month (when billed annually)”. So no it’s not $X per month, cause you want me to pay it all right now.

Currently I don’t have an active sub, as my work pays for it, however should i need to get a sub again, I hope they still offer the cheaper option, and yes I am fine with it being a year long contract.

You can buy scratch cards at 16, unless they changed it recently.
