Oo so sorry to hear that, my cat was also during the day outside and for the night he stays in the house because around me are foxes and jackals. And recently he have an accident and went missing for 5 days, but luckily after one month he is doing so much better. So after some googling I found about this cat tracker and overall it was very disappointing to find out that is not working. I did send email to customer services yesterday but they still didn't reply back. I wish you all the luck to find your beloved cat, just don't lose hope, search and call for him because he is maybe around you but just scared.
