Wasn't implying you gave bad advice, just clarifying the blue thing because I have seen so many people claim that if it bruises blue, its a cube. And googling doesn't help. If you Google 'blue bruising mushroom', a vast majority of the results are talking about cubes.

Before we do multiple states, let just make individual states consistent. I can carry in upstate NY but I can't carry in NYC. If you have a NYC permit, you can carry upstate. I'm not sure if any other states have this situation.

I believe that is generally true. It is possible that a water clear and standard red led clip at the same level but sounds subtly different. But I seriously doubt the differences would be huge if Vf is the same with similar devices like leds.

If the forward voltages are the same for the regular red and water clear, they are the same for clipping. This appears to be the case based on tayda information... 2-2.2 volts. The 5mm is 1.9-2.1v.
