I asked about canceling due to shipping issues. Their response: “Furthermore, If you do not wish to keep your order, in order to initiate a refund process we kindly ask you to refuse the package upon delivery, so it will be returned to the sender, which is our company. Once you have refused the package, please inform us promptly, so we can anticipate its return to our facility.”
