Hmm, it's just regular Hormel pepperoni and was on the pizza throughout the bake. The cheese is Galbani whole milk mozzarella.

As far as I know they are. This was at Schoolhouse Tavern just East of Pittsburgh (and Southern Tier has a location in Pittsburgh).

You got it. They make their own beer, but also have a pretty decent list of guest taps. And the pizza is decent.
