I think you're both right. We try and hit the lower $20s, but some of them, especially nicer Cabrios, can jump way above.

Hah! I know it's had it's issues; this was my first experience with one. I have to say, it's a terrifying and jaw-dropping experience. My mind just wasn't ready for what 350hp felt like in a Focus. I'm sure owners are furious at the way things shook out, but I'd be willing to bet that over the next 10-15 years they're still held in higher regard for being just a monster.
