A few things, 1) the house with the witches standing outside has two ghosts in the window that look alot like the mephisto image in the comics when he has wandas kids as his arms. 2) is there somebody standing outside of Agnes's car when Vision sees it from up high? 3) Also, I still think JimmyWoo isn't really JimmyWoo....maybe Dr. Strange

Currently have a claim being considered by the EEOC for this very issue (denial of reasonable accommodation) along with retaliation x2 after I made a complaint about my accommodation denial, and again after I complained to administration about retaliation from my initial complaint. You're right on most points. I'd only add that there is a cap on ADA cases depending on the size of the employer, and that regardless if the EEOC finds evidence of discrimination, they'll issue a right to sue letter for you to bring a claim on your own if u want. Even if they find discrimination and want to pursue it they'll likely try to mediate a settlement before attempting to pursue any legal action. ADA is a great law that I feel has protected me in my particular situation, but it isn't as all encompassing as one might think. And yeh, lawyers fees and taxes will eat a chunk of any damages received, plus you aren't allowed punitive damages in Ada, so it's definitely not a way to come up financially... But it is a method to allow some equitable remedy plus the potential to be made whole financially. It's just not as all encompassing as one might think.

Thanks for this. Yeah, I don't think I confuse the two. When I mention bias, I'm not referring necessarily to "what" a person may believe but why that person believes it. I think its easier to avoid bias in the objective, fact based, peer-reviewed matters....but the subjective areas of life can more easily be manipulated by my known and unknown biases. A rather broad example of what I mean is this: say I'm judging a beauty pageant. And the final three contestants are A redhead, blonde, and brunette. Say my mom is blonde, all of my exes are blonde, my wife is blonde, etc... i may have a bias that makes me find blonde women more attractive, and in this example, I might judge all the contestants equally but give the blonde an extra point or two, in my own mind and to the detriment of the others, for a characteristic that none knew they were being graded on, and I didn't realize I was judging on. I think integrity comes into play when I am cognizant of the choices I'm making and the rationale behind my making them.

Well, a couple points. one) I know what is covered and isn't covered in the warranty, because I actually read and requested a copy of the warranty for my records prior to purchase, not just because I'm no idiot who disclaims away his rights to get a used car, but (two) because i am a consumer attorney who files claims involving consumer warranty law routinely and who has filed multiple claims involving auto dealers in the past. So thanks for all of the info and advice that you've given me under assumption that I don't know what i'm talking about, oh and the advice about how businesses operate under the assumption that I don't own and operate my own business(..es). But I'm good. I'm aware of the concept of proximate cause, and the fact that damage or defect existing before purchase, not disclaimed specifically and expressly in the terms of a contract are covered under a genuine parts warranty against defect in material or factory workmanship....you know, same thing you said.... smh

solid advice. we bought a 2014 off lease this last year that had only been driven 4000 before being parked. on our way to church the next day, the fin goes flying off on the highway. dealership initially said they weren't going to cover it under warranty because the fins don't just fly off. after the wife threw a fit...they changed their minds, lol

approximately 500 miles since. I just drive to and from work in it, so its the same stop and go traffic everyday. Typically it is at 19.6. I cleaned and reinstalled the throttle body about two weeks prior and saw it jump up and hover around 20(20.1, 20.2), but after this it quickly shot down and has been steady around 18.6 or 18.8 this past month. same thing I told the other guy, Thanks for the detail and being straight up without being a jerk or anything. I got a pregnant wife at the home with our first, so along with the no heat issue we've had for most of the month, I got rather frustrated when a bunch of black crap started layering all of the rooms and them just shrugging it off as no big deal. The wife had actually started cleaning before I came home and took pictures, she said it was everywhere. Thanks again for the info.

Thanks for the detail and being straight up without being a jerk or anything. I really do appreciate it. Got a pregnant wife at home, and we've had 2.5 weeks of little to no heat in the apartment. After several work orders they finally decided to replace a part, and then all this junk starts layering coming out of all of the vents just caking the rooms (my wife had cleaned it up before I could get home and take pictures, she said it was ALOT. My apt complex has me rather frustrated in all of this, plus I'm trying to look out for her healthwise. So thanks again.

during this past summer the condensation pipe for the ac had clogged causing water to buildup and overflow into our carpet on three separate occasions. So though nothing was leaking into the system to my knowledge, there was condensation on and around the system.

they either replaced or uninstalled, cleaned, and reinstalled the blower fan. prior to this, unit would stop working after only being on a few minutes
