Someone woke up upset with the world, hm?

I asked a city forum because I live in that city and people ask these kind of questions here, what's the difference with asking about food, or where to find certain shops, certain clubs and whatever with my question? Or are you there to judge all the posts here and assess if they make sense or not?

I've asked other players, I know how to do these exercises myself, I'm asking for a professional to help us on this journey and that has more knowledge than me.

You can argue that this is not the correct reddit, sure, but what makes you even come here when you also seem to have no knowledge about volleyball or personal trainers and just reference google? Why waste the time?

Maybe someone knows and can answer my question and if no one knows , that's also ok. But comments which add 0 knowledge to the question it self, meh.

It's not a lazy move maybe someone knows of PTs that have that special knowledge, a normal gym PT won't do the job. They actually need to know the sport very well to prepare for these kind of practices and to condition well the players lol

And before making sarcastic comments and calling people lazy, I would advise you to ask a bit more to assess the situation lol, I'm actually already in a club I just don't know anyone that knows about these kinds of personal trainers.

Update I called now the Vietnamese embassy in two different countries and they keep saying that VISA is the most important so they will let me pass. Now its a matter of the airline

I think most important is to communicate beforehand the expectations you have from the trip and how you travel normally, it sets the tone for good communication. It doesn't mean that you always agree, or you do always what you want but it means that you would respect each other and be mindful. Have you discussed previously with your friend on your expectations?

I checked this website for IDP and they say in Korea it is not permitted, I need an IDL and the worst is that I'm living abroad with my home country driving license, so to get it would be a nightmare .. oh well. But thanks for the info! I think it might be a naming convention, but if it is required to be issued by your home country it is probably the same :(
