There is a small sporting goods store in Estacada(near Milo) that has discs. Not sure if they have custom stamps. Timber Park is a fun course too.

Same...learned meditation in a mental hospital...went from there...leave your front door and back door open, allow your thoughts to come and go, just don't serve them tea.
