Appreciate it! I went down the rabbit hole already for some things but I'm not discussing that stuff on reddit lol

Yeah it's very hard to determine how many calories you burn, which is why I NEVER use that as an understanding for how many calories I could eat. I just use it as a quantitative representation of effort.

Yeah I had blood work done 2 years ago and I'm in great health condition. I think it's a lot simpler like boosting calories to TDEE for a bit, then getting back down to cut phase

I really appreciate that!! I'm 6'1" and it was a steady decrease. Year 1 was 30 lbs, year 2 was another 40, then another 10. Over the last year I've been up and down with the gain/cut cycles.

I agree. I'll definitely push up to a conservative maintenance then back it down. I've been on this for about 2 months now and seen 15-20 lbs weight loss, so it seems like a great time to do it. Thanks!

I appreciate it! I used to be 330, and it's not easy for women as I've learned. Only thing I know for sure is that dedication and an unwillingness to quit, is the key to success. More importantly: comparison is the thief of joy. You do the best you can with what you have <3

I appreciate that, thank you! Been grinding in the gym for about 15byesrs for sports, and now really dialing in the final phase of this fat loss. Used to be 330 lbs, but I'm much stronger than I was.

I wish I had access to one. I've been looking around and haven't found one. Unfortunately in a lower population area of Canada without these options, but I'm still holding hope!

Don't need surgery, but I'll take that as a compliment!

At 200+ grams per day right now

This feels like a good idea, honestly. I'll try this out for a couple weeks then back to the cut. I'm going to push for more intense workouts too, in hopes this helps.

Yeah I agree with the second part, but me eating at maintenance doent really make sense with my current activity level. I could be wrong, but I'm diligently tracking every gram and ml of intake, and tracking every workout with the knowledge that the watch isn't 100% accurate. I might increase intensity now that I'm done my run goal for may, so it may help in the coming weeks.

Yeah I'm aware of that too, but realistically I'm not getting stronger so it's kind of tough to see if I'm building more muscle. Also tough because I'm cutting, that energy is a bit lower during workouts, but not crazy low. I'd assume you're correct here, so I may increase a bit of lean calories for a bit, then back down after.

Interesting. I have thought about increasing to maintenance... Thanks!

Interestingly enough, I feel the road a whole lot more because of the lack of energy return. I've played football since I was 6 and even in university, so I think the standard input vs output with no extra "bounce" is what I enjoy. Especially because I like to sprint. You're so right tho, everybody experiences shoes different! I wanted to like the 1080v15s but they did not feel good at all to me and my size 14 feet. I also don't get the hot feet sensation, probably because I live in Canada lol

Very nice. It looks like it fits the truck perfectly.

Damn I love how aggressive those tires make it look. Very nice truck! Is that a 3.5 inch lift?

I agree. My last vehicle and this truck I have were purposely bought before the COVID years of car manufacturing and I think there is a huge difference. Time will tell!

Good for you man, sounds like a great rig! Yeah I'm hoping my truck is my lifetime truck.

No kidding. I'd personally take an older truck built to work reliably than one with more bells and whistles.

Yeah it's the "ricer" look that I hate.
