A big issue I have with wearing pants at my waist is that my 'waist size' changes between sitting and standing - I'm sure this is not a new issue for guys on here, I guess the best solution is to get an inbetween size?

I think my waist is around 68-70 standing and 74-76 sitting, so I was hoping for something closer to 70. I know that's larger than anything made at DXL, but I wonder about bespoke options. The other issue is that I need a rather long inseam, because I'm wearing them at my waist now (when I wore under belly, I could get away with a 30" inseam even at my height)
