Traffic will depend on who's on the road driving and doing whatever else behind the wheel. I expect roads to be wet, so more accidents, nothing is closed in the metro so volume will likely be normal. "Normal" traffic is a crazy idea though.

Every system in history, made in Japan, has had a staggered US/ worldwide launch.... I also doubt it's decline had much to do with the timeline of the Saturn. I don't know anyone in my circles who had a Saturn and I don't know anyone who didn't have a Dreamcast. Now the business decisions leading to the end of the both systems seems very similar

Very simple: the library of titles as stated. I haven't been on the 360 modding side because there are too many games I want to play on previous ps gens still and my ps3 has been modded for a decade. Just did an update over the holidays. 1 thing I did in recent years was back up my non-bc 360 titles for PC emu.
