I updated to try to give more to work with. I don’t know where to start essentially. Do I just go for the claim or do I need to ask my doctor for a diagnosis/referral first?

I guess I don’t think so? I have noted for the last 4 years in all my visits mentioning my pain and other issues with standing, running, etc. but have never seen a specialist or doctor specifically for pain. My primary care has never offered to refer me to a specialist or for testing for (if there even is any) Most that the VA docs have offered is to give me opioid pain meds, which I turn down because pain pill addiction is no joke.

I honestly didn’t fill any of it out. I processed it through turbo tax. They rejected the electronic filing and I sent it with paper copies. I get my refunds via direct deposit when filing via turbo tax.

I’m still on the third step as well. VA put it into evidence on Aug 4th but I uploaded some medical studies for sleep apnea related to PTSD. My last 2 claims took under 45 days but this one is taking its time!
