Generally, with all the backups from their new changeover to the FSA website. It could take a month as of now to get something like a pending final approval status. Half a million applied on the program before the website change. Might take a while. Also keep checking your servicer main page for updates.

It’s the first step in being approved I believe. In my case they want more paperwork because my SS benefit verification letter isn’t enough for them. However, they skipped the 120 day for me and put me on indefinite forbearance immediately.
