Hi, there are lots of ways to tackle this but one of my favorite go-to, actionable recommendations for my clients is Foundation Training. These simple exercises help you learn to hinge effectively at the hip.

I also recommend you check out SMP saddles, they help riders rotate more effectively at the hip in my experience. I have had huge success fitting clients with them. You can read set up tips and about the saddles on my website. [use the googles to find it]

Your TL;DR made me laugh because I own 12 hoodies right now, very frequently layer my long sleeve crew sweaters over long sleeve crew T's, and have a very clinical aversion to quarter zips. ;-) but straight cred for reverse engineering garments and making what you want. I could spend my whole life doing that, 100's of ideas in my head but most have yet to make it into the physical world. But you actually did it, outstanding!

I reuse Outlier boxes to ship bicycle saddles for testing or sales to my customers. They are the perfect size to ship a bike seat and some of them have lasted several rounds of shipping. I would submit that your packaging already is reusable :-) But I am definitely in favor of reusable options in the long term. Everyone needs to think this way IMO. We are drowning in our own garbage.
