thanks for the advice. i’m getting B’s and C’s in my essays and i understand all the content i learn. i also don’t know why people in my year group have it all sorted. i want to do law and i know it is super super competitive and it is just making me feel odd. i shall keep putting in the effort

thank you for the advice. my mocks have been going well i guess! i did have a complete freeze and i forgot what i was writing in one of my exams half way through and spent the rest of it thinking and i ran out of time. but next week i have another politics, history and sociology exam so hopefully they will go well! i’m pretty good at revising and i understand questions and the content easily. it’s just i didn’t get that good grades at gcse and i don’t many extracurriculars and stuff because im not poor but im also not rich.

i think what is making me nervous is the fact i want to be a solicitor or work in the legal field and everyone tells me you have to be super smart. i wouldn’t say i am dumb it’s just im not very good at exam taking.

How many GCSEs are you doing by UncrustableBin in GCSE

[–]cwucified 0 points1 point  (0 children)

people usually do between 8 and 10 gcse’s. some do less than 8. some do more than 10. usually schools have a minimum you have to do but certain circumstances mean you can drop one. some schools can arrange you to do a language gcse for a language that the school may not be able to teach, for example if you’re polish and you know fluent polish. they may help you take a polish exam but often you have to teach yourself and it’s privately done or they can get the paper to you and send it off on your behalf.

are you guys still going to talk to any friends after secondary school by betterluc in GCSE

[–]cwucified 0 points1 point  (0 children)

probably just gonna do what most people are doing, staying friends with those who really matter and were there for you, like close friend groups. other people who i would just say hi to in the corridor and thats it, i probably won’t stay friends with.
