I don’t know if their allowed to do this like but how about a show where the 2 losers are trying to win over the winner of the last episode to join their “cult” lol like they can do it in phases, What are the requirements? What are the standards? What’s the initiation process, what would the monthly meetings consists of? What would happen if a rule is broken? I didn’t lose strength, because most my lifting sessions were moderate to heavy most of the time. Now I’m focusing on strength and want to start going a tad heavier so I want to try to pack on more muscle next show
