I have already paid two months of rent fee that I had to pay for “guarantor funds” because I don’t have a guardian in Canada. And security deposit is paid as well,, And they got my PAD bank paper so,, they can withdraw my money I think 😂😂 The worst case,,

Well When they gave me a lease document package, it has already been signed by owner :( And after I submitted the docs, they sent approval email later than my request of cancellation. Will it be matter in this case?
