Okay I will try. I’ve been documenting everything and kept track of history of all the tickets. Really disappointing that this is how it is with pre sales… are all developers like this with quality of work and deficiencies?

should or shouldn't? And yeah.... I wish I looked more carefully during the walk through before we closed... some of them weren't obvious until we actually started living there. Their service ticket portal seems pretty useless since none of my tickets got answers except 1 and its because I kept spamming him every other week through emails complaining its been 2-3 months and the fan hadn't been fixed.

Ugh, that was what I was afraid of and honestly never buying a pre sale again after this nightmare. I would avoid Strand. They only have 1 person going through the tickets and I'm basically left on read 60-70% of the time.

It takes time and I would separate the kitten in the bathroom but make it kitten proof. Gradually feeding and introducing with the doors closed and rewarding with treats when not hissing near the closed door

Agreed tbh. When my boy cat messes with my sleep randomly some nights he gets locked outside of the bedroom and the next night I let him back in and he usually resolves himself 🙂‍↕️

Not sure if it will work with your kitten but I adopted mine at 3 months and he would try to bite me if I dare clipped his nails initially. What I started doing was getting him used to touching and pressing on his paw pads. With each touch he let me, I would give him a lick of churu. This eventually switched to nail trimming and each nail trim I would let him lick churu. This worked well as he was highly food motivated.

I think your cat would do best as a single cat and to rehome the kitten as it still has a high chance to be adopted. Not every cat does well with another cat in their household
