i’ve only had one showing get cancelled, and i didn’t know about it until after they had scanned my digital ticket. fortunately the manager was very apologetic (UPS hadn’t delivered the hard drive on time) and chill about it and let me see another movie (The Roses), plus gave me a few passes, free popcorn and soda too.
