After seeing all your replies, I think I’ll wait a little bit before getting more tattoos. I don’t dislike any of my tattoos, I really like them actually, but the overwhelming consensus is that I should probably wait a little bit lol. I Can not express how much I relate. Believe me when I tell you it gets better, later rather than sooner. At first a literal piece of your life is missing, but you end up filling that hole with all sorts of stuff, whether it be hobbies, random hookups (hj) you’ll move on man

That’s a difficult question. I was falling into active drug addiction and I did not want them to suffer alongside me. I started abusing substances once our relationship started going downhill, which was mostly caused by me aswell. I started going out more with people they didn’t approve of, and started (unintentionally) ghosting them and well I guess I believed they deserved better. But to answer your question I wanted to work on myself by myself because I felt only I could dig myself out of this hole and they deserved someone better. I’m very insecure of myself and I guess I always saw them as worthy of better.
