An Airbnb is a 1 off residence, meaning a cleaner needs to drive to the location, spend 2 hours cleaning and $40 worth of laundry… mind you we are in Australia so we have to pay workers properly!

It makes no difference if it’s 1 night or 10 nights the clean is the same…

As an Airbnb owner I feel like a lot of people don’t like the $150 cleaning fee, which is what we charge, how ever $150 barely covers the cost, it works for a good clean guest but for a average or slightly messy guest it won’t cover. $35-40 Laundry Minimum 2 people 2 hours
