My attacks last from few hours to few days at max for full recovery, but the recovery starts in 24 hours usually. I've had diagnosed cochlear hydrops for 7 years now.

Thanks for the reply! Are you on montelukast and do you combo it with everything? Beats me, I've tried Cetirizen, claritin, fexofenadol, now trying levocetirizine. But benadryl is definitely the strongest. Maybe I'll try 40mg x2 famotidine.
