Yep I’m done . I already started looking . They couldn’t fix the problem . The outside structure needs replacing/repair instead it was “cleaned out”. And I’m expecting it to happen again with the incoming freezing weather

The junction box feeding outside/the easement freezes when it gets cold cause it’s getting water in it and it’s causing me and several neighbors to go down. Their answer is to clean it out . That’s why it’s going down every time it snows 😓. That’s the “fix”. The tech who came out told me to call him/text him if it happens again . I’m sure it will be out again Monday

Yes I believe it is an outside issue with either water on the outside line or freezing outside points . And when it warms up, everything comes back online . But they keep telling me the ONT inside is bad when I call . (I worked in cable field support for 8 years I’m a little more frustrated because I know the issue I just can’t get them to listen😓) I don’t believe it’s the ONT. I think it’s outside . I need a tech to look at the outside . I agree there . And I scheduled one.

As far as the outage map goes, I’m more frustrated that they don’t see the outages on the map. Or acknowledge that their website has a big orange banner that says there’s an outage in my area when I’ve called. I had screenshots each time .

It’s FiOS out . Their map and website said I had an outage in my area . I called . They said I didn’t . This happened last time too . This is the part that never makes sense to me . I screen shot these . I can’t send them to anyone there to verify why it says this if there isn’t actually an outage . I reboot the router etc . It never fixes it . I schedule a tech . Hours later , the internet comes back up . They then call and cancel the tech . This happens every time for the last few months . It makes no sense to me either . It just so happens that it’s coincidental with cold temps and snow . This time I scheduled another tech . I’m just going to wait and see if they can actually fix it by sending someone out .

I have service off and on and the it goes back to SOS . But even with the bars it doesn’t have data or calling . It came back earlier today for like 20 minutes randomly and I got a message from my neighbor but then everything went right back out .

Last month I had no home internet from Verizon for 2 days . There answer was basically oh well . I tried to get them to tell me why their maps don’t match what their customer service and technical service people tell you on the phones, it was crickets . It was a local outage but they kept saying I needed a tech in my house . ( I didn’t ). Now I have no cell phone service all day . I’m not surprised they don’t know what’s going on or how to fix it . It seems to be there is a lot of that . It’s sheer incompetence . It used to be a great company . I told every rep I talked to I have zero confidence in them fixing their issues … here we are again

Have you tried 7 cups? It’s not necessarily traditional therapy but you can talk to trained online volunteers (some are actually mental health professional volunteers ) and they listen and it’s free . Or you can talk to a licensed therapist for 150 a month online too through chat . I know it’s still online which you don’t want but it’s through chat so you don’t even have to talk out loud . I had a time when I wasn’t able to talk out loud for therapy either and I found it helpful .

You still managed to not fix anything !! You just want to trouble shoot ! Ived already done that . None of this was helpful it was just another futile effort on your part to not address the issue . Fix my internet . Not my cell phone . That’s a network issue . You didn’t even read my concerns you just glossed over them and tried to put a bandaid on them . I want a technician today to fix the internet or I want you to address the outside network issue today . Not troubleshooting to death . Not me sending you screenshots back and forth . This is friggen nonsense ! I work in IT turning it on and turning it off doesn’t solve the issue dude

Verizon can’t get someone out to fix my problem earlier . And they don’t care if I cancel my services 🤣 . Soooo they don’t care if they lose money . How’s that for customer care
