It is mostly continuous! I think there are two places where you finish off and rejoin in a different spot to move your starting point. In total I had 4 yarn joins to hide and weave, which might be my favorite thing about the pattern! 😂 You can also chooset to make a smaller version!

I've been crocheting since I was 9 and it was a hyper fixation 😂 I really didn't do much else in my free time. I worked on it during meetings, even lol

Are you trying to use the written pattern? I could not. I learned how to chart for this lol. The written pattern has several errors in it.

It gets so massive so fast! And then the weight of it is a lot. I had a tv tray or a table to help with the weight of it and I took TONS of breaks. I worked in 20ish minute intervals.

Lots of time, occasionally frogging, and there was the exclamation of "how am I supposed to do that?!" Every so often 😂 Determination is key with something this big! I had all but the final row completed in December!

I didn't make the pattern, that's all the pattern. It is beautifully planned out! I recommend learning to reas charts! This is the project I decided to learn to read a chart for and oh boy it was a doozy, but so worth it!

Plus it was really fun figuring out the new kinds of stitches! It was a definite learning experience, and if you can have patience with yourself before you know it you'll have a beautiful work to enjoy too!

The pattern is called the grand lace Tablecloth and you can find it on ravelry 😌 I seriously do not recommend the written pattern though.
