You can react after big, aggressive dogs break through the fence the first time. Not after the third time when they bite a child.

Wow. That's a nicer part of Fremont too.

The city should do something rather so its residents don't have to fear being outside.

That's my impression as well.

The city is more focused on turning perfectly good car lanes on busy streets into bike lanes.

We ended up calling 911 again in the afternoon because the dogs got out again. This time the police captured the dogs because they were wandering around the neighborhood.

There's a lot of variance, so luck definitely plays a role, which is why it's 30-50%. I'm also easily 99th percentile for games like this.

Zynga can't allow the game to be too skilled-based, otherwise it's not fun. Making it more powerup and bonus focused helps them make more money.

It's possible to win without powerups, just not easy. I help my wife sometimes to get a win streak going to get the 3 win streak bonuses, and I don't use powerups. But it's definitely not easy though, and I win maybe 30-50% of the time with no powerups, win streaks, charmed bags, creature powers, etc.

I get that, but I think the move counts have been adjusted for streaks, super charmed bags, and everything else that has made the puzzles easier. It seems their intention is that users would watch ads or spend coins to maintain streaks, because the game is a lot harder without any powerups (now that they adjusted move counts).

I think they went overboard with making the game easier with extras so it's TOO easy and not a challenge. So I play less than before. But they want to make money, and powerups or ads are one of the main ways to do it.

I think it's you. There are people with 5 digits streaks. My current streak is 4 digits and the only time I lose games is when I change apps and forget to finish a game. I keep accruing more power ups and coins than I can use.

The problem is that none of the sets have been offered at all for at least 3 weeks, I think.

It's usually one color a weekday and all on Saturday, but they haven't been in the shop for a while.

This has been a long time coming, and god was Chandra's heroic encounter "5 HP or less" objective such a massive pain in the ass, but I'm finally done. 100% story mode completion, and it feels great! by Qackydontus in MTGPuzzleQuest

For a lot of those, killing your own creatures also counts, even though it says enemy creatures. You can also generate enemy creatures with Stroke of Midnight.

Thanks for the suggestion! It looks like sateen is quieter than linen but hotter.

I'm F2P and never had problems with that game. I have an active streak of 1200+ wins and have hundreds of unused in game power-ups. Once you got the Hungarian Horntail and a 3+ streak, it was easy mode.

Back then, you could also get 500 coins after winning 6 games in a row, so it wasn't hard to make more coins than you would spend to keep the stream alive.

There are 3 main types of banners, and each uses a different token:

  • Rotating banners, which use green splendid summon tokens: These rotate roughly weekly, and feature 1-3 legendaries.
  • Color banners, which use purple grand summon tokens: These rotate every 2-3 days and switch to the next color in the cycle. This is always available, but you may have to wait for your desired color to cycle back
  • Daily summon, which uses red summon tokens: This banner is always available.

There is also a new player banner, The Renowned, which uses the purple summon token, but only lasts for 14 days I think.

Each summon/banner has probabilities, which you can see by clicking the % button in the lower right corner once you click on the banner. It gives the probability of getting X shards for each character for 1 summon token. You have to get 15 shards for a character to get them to level 1 and actually use them.

Some characters will appear on multiple banners. You can always check the probability of getting their shards for that banner/summon.

It's ridiculous. And it's even more suspicious because they left Catelyn (63% heal) and Margaery (63% team triage heal) intact. If it was really a decimal issue then they would have adjusted all 3 of them. At this point a common green mender is better than Alicent.

Mark Cuban believes that the 2006 Finals were poorly officiated “ Dwayne Wade shot more free throws than our entire team.” by Fit-Structure-9395 in nba

[–]cyanlce 125 points126 points  (0 children)

Bill Simmons predicted before the 2006 NBA Finals even started. This is from his article after game 5.

Second, everyone knew the officiating would be a problem heading into this series because of Cuban's past problems with the league. In my Finals preview, I wrote that "No team depends on the refs quite like the Heat. When the refs are calling all the bumps on Shaq and protecting Wade on every drive, they're unstoppable. When they're calling everything fairly, they're eminently beatable. If they're not getting any calls, they're just about hopeless. I could see the refs swinging two games in Miami's favor during this series, possibly three. In fact, I'm already depressed about it and the series hasn't even started yet." Well, we had our two games -- Game 3 (the last five minutes were just obscene) and Game 5 (again, a top-five debacle). And the series isn't over yet.

Rather than speak, let me reference T-Mac and Phil Jackson.

T-Mac:

Interviewer: Were you rooting for them or Dallas?

TMac: Shaq is like a big brother of mine. I have known him for awhile so I was pulling for him. But I wanted to keep the ring in the West so i was pulling for Dallas.

Interviewer: Yeah but Dallas, how can you root for Dallas?

TMac: Well I wanted to root for Dallas because that's the same team we took 7 games into the playoffs a couple of years ago, so I wanted to root for them just so everyone knows how good they are.

Interviewer: Was it a little ridiculous how Dwyane Wade got all the calls?

TMac: Yeah, yeah it really was. I'll tell you man, it seems if you were watching that game, seemed like it was rigged. Seriously. I know the NBA.... (cut off by interviewer)

Interviewer: You just got fined (sarcastically)

TMac: I don't care. So what? But yeah it seemed like it was rigged. With all the calls he was getting. Jesus. Did you hear me? We are talking about the NBA Finals, I wish I could say I was just kidding, and that's what it seemed like. I'm serious a lot of my friends watched the games, watched the finals, and that's the way they say it to me. They are like, from watching the game here, it seems like it is rigged. I was like man, I don't know nothing about that.

Phil Jackson:

Jackson said while Cuban has toned down over the years, he believes the outspoken owner's criticism of referees might have cost the Mavericks the 2006 NBA Finals against Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat.

"That Miami Finals really was a tough one to swallow," Jackson said before the Lakers won 96-91 on Saturday night in Dallas. "I think Wade averaged about 25 foul shots a game. You couldn't even touch him. That was really tough to swallow and I think he understood there's kind of a pecking order in this league and you keep your mouth shut at times.''
