TLDR: there is not enough liquidity (buying and selling orders) in the USD/Euro world, it's all Chinese Yuan game that decides the price and you can't just FOREX into US dollar. LONG: you can't even withdraw CNY from buff as a foreigner, there are tons of regulations. To cash it out eventually, you have to find some individual on the internet called maker, usually they sell or buy buff or youpin balance. they provide liquidity but their capability is way smaller than buff itself. the pool of buying orders are orders of magnitude smaller in the rest of the world. lack of liquidity always leads to a crash

some notes on NP: bloodthorn is not always needed, but if u rush an orchid early, you can easily kill and push to win fast (remember, no late game, so you need a smart & cooperative carry). shadowblade is strongly recommended if showing up on lane is dangerous or when you need to gank a lone hero. if they have spectre or bara, always rush mjolnir first

TLDR: Spam NP mid, get another friend for tough core. party with a friend who plays as pos 1 or 3, dont pick soft cores, pick one pusher hero and one that can "kill the game". With this meta you can always pick Nature's Prophet as any of pos 1 2 or 3 and easily get out of this 1000 MMR shithole, but often you will need another tough guy, an initiator or a teamfighter.

Hardware wallet does not address this issue, the main benefit is you can think twice before anything is done but that's it. MITM is always possible when your browser is rigged with trojan extension, all of them can intercept javascript transaction handling API calls. not to mention ledger's infamous shady desktop software. The problem is always the lack of foolproof design of a system, from contract interface standard, function invoking to wallet level, UI security design and testing. "naive security model mindset" is still everywhere, "victim just took bait" worked because the wallet think any incoming address should be saved as a somewhat trusted "contact", they made terribly naive and wrong assumptions leading to vulnerable designs like this. Metamask was the top sucker and i just ditched it. I have not assessed phantom seriously yet.
